Workshop for improved service design
The Swedish Tax Agency is conducting several service design workshops regarding VAT and excise duties. For the next upcoming workshops we will focus on refund of excise duties within industry and goods, and agriculture and forestry.
The Swedish Tax Agency is conducting preparatory development in regards to customers who apply for refund of Swedish excise duties. Through workshops, we are collecting the customer’s experiences and needs. The workshops will be conducted during a (1) day in 2 x 3 hour segments with a 1 hour lunch break. They are open to those who have applied to participate and have had their participation confirmed. We have limited space for participation for technical and practical reasons (completing the workshop).

For you within agriculture and forestry
26th of February at 0900-1500 (CET).
We want to get in contact with you who work within agriculture and forestry and handle many refunds of excise duties. We want to hear about your needs and experiences of our current systems and how you handle excise duties in your organization.
The workshop will be conducted in Swedish. As a product of the workshop, there will be personas made, and a user journey, capturing your work process.
Please apply for participation no later than February 23rd, 2021.
