How to join a webinar

Please follow these steps to join a webinar

1. Register for the webinar that you are interested in among the scheduled events.
2. To join the webinar, simply click on the link in the confirmation notice we send via e-mail.

Technical requirements

• You can join a webinar using a computer, mobile phone or tablet, but we advise you to use a computer to ensure the optimal experience.
• Please make sure that your web browser has been updated.
• You will not be able to use your web camera or microphone during the webinar.
  

Additional information

We recommend that you use Google Chrome, which is the browser that works best with our webinar service.

If a broadcast doesn’t start, you might need to press on the play symbol on the left within the video window. Alternatively, you can try refreshing your browser.

Information that is sent to us becomes part of the public record

Our chat service is covered by Swedish legislation on freedom of information. There are also rules regarding what you can write about.

Chat service rules

When posting messages in the chat service, we request you to:

• maintain a pleasant tone
• stick to the topic in question
• be brief and direct

We do not accept any of the following:

• comments relating to ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, political opinions or religious beliefs if these matters are not relevant in the context of the online webinar
• racist, xenophobic or sexist comments or messages
• commercial or marketing messages, and offers of money or gifts
• copyrighted material that you have not created or do not own the rights to
• incitement to crime or action that is contrary to Swedish law
• threats, harassment and gossip
• impersonation of an existing person
