How to submit your income statement

File the income statement by th 31st of January at the latest

Income statements for income year 2022 should be submitted no later than January 31, 2023. Income statements for seasonal workers and terminated legal entities can be submitted throughout the income year.

Submit income statement via the e-service

The service requires a Swedish electronic ID. You can assign a Swedish representative with a Swedish electronic ID. Anyone with a Swedish electronic ID can act as a representative, with no requirements to register as such.

• Smaller income statements can be registered directly in the e-service.
• Larger income statements can be submitted via the improved file transfer service. All files must be in XML format, and can be up to 200 MB.

Submit income statement in paper format

The income statement should be submitted along with a summary at the tax office where the information supplier is registered.
