List of population registration certificates for various purposes

Here is a list of all types of population registration certificates. The population registration certificates are named according to which information they contain, or when they are used.

If you need to request a population registration certificate for someone who is under 18 years old, please select “Extract from the Population Register”. Details of the person’s legal guardian(s) will then be included on the population registration certificate.

If you have protected identity and cannot print out the population registration certificate via our e-service, you must request it by calling our tax information service. You cannot request postal delivery of a population registration certificate through our e-service.
