If you use an accountancy firm to file your entire Income Tax Return 1 or 2 (“Inkomstdeklaration 1” or “Inkomstdeklaration 2”), our online service makes it easy for you to approve the return that the firm has prepared for you. Here’s what to do.
Once your accountancy firm has submitted your tax return, you can sign it on “Mina sidor” (My Pages) using your Bank-id.
The information on this page is for those who use an accountancy firm for their private income tax return and those who are sole traders (Income Tax Return 1, “Inkomstdeklaration 1”). It also applies if you use an accountancy firm to file tax returns for a limited company (Income Tax Return 2, "Inkomstdeklaration 2").
If you use an accountancy firm to file your tax return for a trading partnership (Income Tax Return 4, “Inkomstdeklaration 4), you can find more information here:
The information on this page applies to you if you use an accountancy firm to help with your entire tax return: i.e., the main form Income Tax Return 1 (“Inkomstdeklaration 1”) and any annexes. If your accountancy firm helps you only with one or more annexes, click the link below to find out more about how to file your tax return.
You and your accountancy firm can file your tax return online using this service. This way, you don’t have to send off any papers for signing, which makes things easier for everyone – particularly if you are not in Sweden.
Your accountancy firm submits the entire tax return (i.e., the income tax return itself along with any annexes and additional information) in digital form to the Swedish Tax Agency.
Once your accountancy firm has submitted your tax return, you log in to “Mina sidor” (My Pages) using your Bank-id. Check that all the information is correct. If you see that something is incorrect, contact your accountancy firm so they can submit a new tax return.
Sign your tax return digitally using your Bank-id. Note that it is only via “Mina sidor” (My Pages) that you can sign a tax return submitted by your accountancy firm. If your accountancy firm is registered as your tax return agent, they can approve the tax return themselves via “Mina sidor” (My Pages) and you can skip steps 4 and 5.
As soon as you have signed the tax return, you will receive a message confirming that it has been filed.
Notify your accountancy firm that you have signed your tax return. The easiest way to do this is to share the confirmation message with them while you are logged in to “Mina sidor” (My Pages).
If your accountancy firm has helped you with completing a tax return for a company, Income Tax Return 2 (“Inkomstdeklaration 2”), the signing process is exactly the same.
